These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of getavsecurenow.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by Get AV Secure Now, a service of Keystone Integrated Services LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use Software

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Get AV Secure Now grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for which you have purchased a license, solely for your personal or internal business use and for the number of devices specified in your license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software except as permitted by law; (b) sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software or license keys; (c) use the Services to violate any law or third-party right; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; or (e) use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

4. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Pricing

Some licenses are offered on a recurring subscription basis and will renew automatically every three (3) months at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the next billing date. By checking the recurring-billing consent box at checkout, you authorize Get AV Secure Now to charge your payment method the subscription amount shown in your order summary today and again every 3 months until you cancel.

At checkout, subscription items are clearly labeled as recurring. Your order summary shows one-time charges and recurring subscription charges separately, including the total due today and the date of your next recurring charge. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change on renewal; we will provide notice before any material price change. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

4.1. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@getavsecurenow.com or calling 833-762-2460. Cancellation stops future billing but your subscription remains active through the end of the current 3-month billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period after cancellation.

4.2. Complete product list and price points (USD)

Every product available for purchase on this website is listed below with its starting price as shown on the site. Software subscriptions are billed in three-month periods at the starting price listed, unless checkout displays a different interval. Professional services and the PC Cleanup Tool are charged once at checkout.

Delivery and Fulfillment

All products and services offered on this website are delivered electronically or remotely. We do not ship physical goods.

Digital products and software licenses

Software subscriptions, license keys, and digital downloads (including ebooks, guides, and utilities) are fulfilled instantly upon successful payment. Delivery is by email to the address you provide at checkout. You will receive your license key, download link, or access instructions immediately after your order is confirmed.

Professional services

Security audits, consultations, and advisory sessions are provided remotely by phone, video conference, or secure online session. After purchase, we will contact you within two (2) business days at the email or phone number on your order to schedule your session. Written deliverables such as reports or action plans are sent electronically when the service is complete.

No physical shipping

Because all fulfillment is digital or service-based, physical shipping does not apply. Any billing or shipping address collected at checkout is used for payment verification and order records only.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. One-time purchases and services

One-time digital products (guides, tools, ebooks) and professional services (audits, consultations) carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund, provided the product has not been substantially used and no refund has previously been issued for the same product.

5.2. Subscription products

Subscription software licenses (Antivirus Standard through Home Firewall Config) also carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee on your initial subscription purchase, provided the license has not been substantially used. Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time before the next billing date to prevent future charges. After cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current 3-month billing period.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get AV Secure Now and Keystone Integrated Services LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the Services will detect or remove every threat or that any device will be completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Get AV Secure Now, Keystone Integrated Services LLC, or our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get AV Secure Now, Keystone Integrated Services LLC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable state and federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction where Keystone Integrated Services LLC maintains its principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@getavsecurenow.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution as permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on getavsecurenow.com or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
